He was part of the Avengers, too, but much later. Then again, Wolverine was part of a lot of groups, and that kind of makes sense because when you're near invincible, everybody wants you on their side.
D: But most of the other Avengers have a movie! True, they'd probably butcher it but I'd at least like to see some effort. And if it is horribly butchered it might inspire people to see the motion comic of how it was supposed to be in the first place, therefore gaining more fans. (Like Avatar the Last Airbender. The movie was a fail for fans, for non-fans it was okay. The fans urged non-fans to see the original series and the non-fans became fans and realized how bad of a movie it was.)
Me too. He's in my Top 3 favourite Avengers. Black Panther, Captain America, and Thor! Its was verily so X'D
Wolverine is a X-man. Ares is from Greek mythology. Hawk eye is not that ridiculous. Captain America does not have black. I've haven't heard of any one else in the top row before, no praise from my cousin who loves super heroes if they were real I think I would hear some praise right now. All from a girl who only read, what 6, comic books. Just 'cause they are mighty doesn't mean they are avengers.
First of all, its "X-men", regardless of when referring to one or multiple person(s) from the X-men team. Secondly, The Avengers is much older then the 2012 movie you have seen. The movie was great, but it is not 100% accurate(its hard to be with superheroes, they have to change some of it to make it good for the big-screen but thats taking away a bit of the accuracy.. which no one should have a problem with as no book-to-movie is completely accurate. ALL of these characters have been at one point affiliated with The Avengers. ([link]) Ares is from Greek mythology, yes, but Thor is from Norse mythology. Marvel simply took something they found interesting, changed it around a bit and slapped it into a comic book. The art style in this picture is awesome, and KUDOS to the artist for not just drawing The Avengers 2012 team and saying "LOL I DREWED THE AVENGERSSS" And actually yeah, Hawkeye looks pretty freakin' ridiculous. [link] Don't mistake him for the Red/yellow guy. thats Ironman.
Don't use "I've only read 6 comics" as a compliment on yourself. You obviously do NOT have very good general knowledge of super heroes.
