Punisher Vs T-800 - Battle Collab Round 1

So my good pal came up with an idea where we would each pick a character and put them in a fight scene together.
I whipped up the Punisher, and in response he whipped up this nifty T-800.
A logical kind of fight when you think about it i guess.

We hope to do these on a semi-regular basis (as time permits) and for future ones we wont be telling each other which characters we chose, so there could be some interesting collabs coming up.
