High Priest Version 2

This is essentially a redesign of an old Dragon Boy character from the first time around (circa 2003!) , who can be seen here: [link] (there is a version lurking around with colours by Cheeks also)

Anyways, playing a lesser role in the story than originally intended, he is super fun to draw.
